Can water trigger wars?

It is sometimes said that, in the future, the next resource we will fight over - and even go to war for - is water. As half of the world's inhabitants share water resources in the form of basins and aquifers, we asked Dipak Gyawali, Director, Nepal Water Conservation Foundation if he thinks transboundary water issues can really trigger wars.
